What does a typical yacht rental entail?
Each charter comes with a skilled crew, safety gear, fuel, and simple refreshments. The specific elements included vary based on the service — sunset tours provide upgraded drinks and snacks, whereas business charters provide meeting spaces and professional catering options.
When should I make a reservation?
For the best experience, we suggest booking around 2–3 weeks in advance, particularly for the busy months of May through September. For business gatherings and personal events, it's advisable to reserve 4–6 weeks early for improved availability and customization time.
What are the procedures for inclement weather?
Your safety is our utmost concern. Unfavorable weather as determined by our ship's captain will prompt us to propose an alternate charter date or issue a complete reimbursement. Weather forecasts are continuously checked, and should there be a concern, we will inform you a day ahead of your scheduled departure.
Am I allowed to bring my own food and refreshments?
Certainly, bringing your own food and refreshments is permitted. We also have superior catering services with customizable menu options to suit your taste. For safety reasons, do note that glass containers are not allowed on the yacht.
Do your yachts accommodate guests with mobility issues?
Our goal is to be as accommodating as possible. Certain yachts are equipped with better facilities for those with mobility challenges. To ensure we meet your needs, please get in touch during the booking process, and we will suggest the best-suited yacht along with arranging necessary amenities.
What is your policy on cancellations?
If you cancel 72 hours or more before departure, you will be refunded the full amount. Cancellations occurring between 24 to 72 hours in advance receive a 50% refund. If the cancellation is within 24 hours, it is non-returnable unless due to unsafe weather conditions or mechanical difficulties on our side.
